Cafeteria Culture is a non-profit organization that was founded in New York. The purpose of this educational N.G.O. is to teach schools and the public about the environmental dangers of single-use plastic. Their goal is to spread awareness in school cafeterias to eliminate plastic.
My Skip the Stuff Campaign poster was used at a rally in New York City outside of City Hall. Skip the Stuff is a city bill that was recently passed. The goal of this was to stop restaurants and takeout places from adding anything plastic to people's orders (utensils, straws, and condiment packets) unless they ask for them.

I decided to go with a skull as a metaphor that plastic can kill you when you consume food or drink that has been held in plastic. I drew plastic utensils coming out of the skull as well as spilled condiment packets.
